ArcDOS is a countdown timer with traffic light display and sound signal. It operates via serial output from a Palm to control the ArcDOS hardware system. The central control consol uses a bi-directional radio link to communicate with up to six display boxes. The ArcDOS hardware is available as a do it yourself project. We can provide the software, circuit boards, and pre-programmed microcontrollers along with support and advice. But be aware that the system is both large and complex. It is a project that requires time, money, and some electronics knowledge. The following links describe the hardware required. Other links to hardware components. |
