Support for TargetPlot Software products is provided via E-mail, Fax, and conventional mail. Our preference is to use E-mail.

We aim to reply to all questions within 48 hours. If you do not receive a reply, please let us know.

If the software product does not operate correctly, every effort will be made to fix the problem. TargetPlot Software limits its liability to replacement or repair of the product, or refund of the purchase price paid, at the option of TargetPlot Software.

Future Development

We have many request to improve the software, and would like to continue to develop the product. A few of the future plans include;

  Increase the functions in the PC application to make it more versatile.
  Develop the handheld software for WindowsCE/PocketPC.
  Include different languages, French, Spanish and German.

The improvements to the software may take a long time..., please be patient. Any ideas and comments from coaches/shooters will help in the development of a better product.
